It is often difficult for a customer to find a solution that requires the services of multiple players. At Repovesikeskus, we work in a team so that one contact is enough for the customer. We discuss the customer’s needs because it is our job to find the best solution for our customers. Purchasing is done the way the customer wants, online, by email, as a service over the phone, or even by meeting alive or in an online meeting. One contact is enough!

Safety
We always check the expected weather before the trip. Then, if necessary, we make decisions with the customer in advance, postpone the date, or make the trip safe and feasible. We consider the movement restrictions even before the trip in the planning phase of the event. When a guide or kayaking instructor is involved in the trip, we go through safety issues at the time of departure. The guides have trained first aid skills as well as included FA tools.Guidance and advising
For canoe renters and paddlers, we will guide you through the use of the equipment. Everyone gets instructions on how to get in and out of the canoe, kayak, or SUP board in a safe way. Our paddlers also get good directions to the area and map included. The maps contain instructions and contact information for any help you may need.Confidence
When dealing with corporate customers and groups, we may become aware of confidential matters. So, naturally, things remain confidential. The same type of thing is the description and the photos. Again, we will not publish any images showing identifiable individuals without their permission.
Food allergies
Food allergies have increased and diversified. The most common things we face are lactose-free and gluten-free. In the operation of Repovesikeskus, we have lactose-free as the basic solution, but other things are also taken into account.
We always ask participants of group and lunch trips about possible food allergies before the trip. Our kitchen has already routine in these things.
