Hiking trip on the most popular trails in Repovesi
We make a comfortable hiking trip on the most popular trail in Repovesi National Park, called Ketunlenkki, led by a certified Repovesi National Park guide. We cross the water twice, by a small manual ferry and along a new suspension bridge, completed in 2019.
A visit to the high viewpoint gives excellent views about the area’s waters and forests. There you can feel the peace and silence of nature. We take a break at the campfire site during the trip and have coffee/tea and Finnish-style picnic lunch.
Group size
The group size of a tour led by one guide is a maximum of 25 people. If your group has more participants, ask! During the summer, the largest groups have been 50-60 people. We have experience in groups of up to more than 100 people.
The excursion includes guides at the campfire site as well. They prepare lunch for the break. The number of principles depends on the size of the group.
The base price includes 8 people.
Availability and duration
The trip lasts about four hours. A summer excursion is available from May to August. After the summer turns into autumn, our selection includes a similar autumn trip.
You must book the trip one week before the tour day. If there is less time for the planned day of the trip, ask!

Description of the trip
Guided hiking trip in Repovesi National Park on the trail called Ketunlenkki
The tour starts at the gate of the national park at the time of welcome and information. The route can be turned in the desired direction, either first to the suspension bridge or a small ferry. The choice of movement we decide by the conditions of the day and the needs of the group.
In the trail, Ketunlenkki, you meet the most exciting places to see and experience in Repovesi National Park: the 50-meter-long suspension bridge, the small manual ferry, Ketunlossi, and the fantastic views of the high hill, Katajavuori. There are also two campfire sites along the route where we take our picnic break.
Catering is always included in the trip
Catering services can be agreed upon with the customer separately. The primary excursion always includes coffee/tea and a traditional Finnish picnic lunch, campfire sausage, and pastry.
According to our principles of sustainable nature tourism, we avoid disposable tableware and plastic. Besides, this principle includes local food. Our local kitchen makes lunches and uses local grain.
